He staggered to the surface only to be attacked by a group of people who all claimed to have seen him there before - even though they all had no memory of meeting. It wouldn't be long before he met up with Chloe Frazer, who had been selected as one of the last survivors of humankind. She was an expert flier and she told him about the mysterious artefact that was by now missing from its hiding place. Nathan took her advice and began his journey south, an adventure which would take him around the world and all the way back to his homeland – but this time indefinitely.
